Marketing (Assistant Manager / Senior Executive)

You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as marketing, sales and design colleagues.

You will execute digital and social marketing plans, evaluate campaign performance and marketing initiatives ROI.

You will assist the Marketing Manager in developing creative strategies and media execution for PR, Marketing Communications, Digital and Social Media.

There will also be opportunities to work with R&D on new product developments.

When there are new product launches, you will take the lead in gathering insights, building launch plans and launching assessment and deployment in the relevant markets.

You should also lead in reviewing market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Track A&P budgets and manage expenditure.

Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.

You should possess a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies / Administration / Management

Preferably at least 5 years working experience in fast paced brand (regional and/or local marketing) in any ASEAN region with a strong consumer focus. Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning is essential.

You should be experienced in launching end-to-end campaigns in the market. Experience in new product development launch is a plus.

You should be consistent and accountable in all aspects of your work, taking ownership in tasks and deliverables.

You should be able to conduct research and analyse data well, be super organised and committed to meeting deadlines.

Good communication skills (spoken & written) in English is essential for this position, with bonus points if you are fluent in Malay and / or Chinese.
