Marketing (Assistant Manager / Senior Executive)

  • You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as marketing, sales and design colleagues.

  • You will execute digital and social marketing plans, evaluate campaign performance and marketing initiatives ROI.

  • You will assist the Marketing Manager in developing creative strategies and media execution for PR, Marketing Communications, Digital and Social Media.

  • There will also be opportunities to work with R&D on new product developments.

  • When there are new product launches, you will take the lead in gathering insights, building launch plans and launching assessment and deployment in the relevant markets.

  • You should also lead in reviewing market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Track A&P budgets and manage expenditure.

  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.

  • You should possess a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies / Administration / Management

  • Preferably at least 5 years working experience in fast paced brand (regional and/or local marketing) in any ASEAN region with a strong consumer focus. Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning is essential.

  • You should be experienced in launching end-to-end campaigns in the market. Experience in new product development launch is a plus.

  • You should be consistent and accountable in all aspects of your work, taking ownership in tasks and deliverables.

  • You should be able to conduct research and analyse data well, be super organised and committed to meeting deadlines.

  • Good communication skills (spoken & written) in English is essential for this position, with bonus points if you are fluent in Malay and / or Chinese.
