Assistant Manager - Operations​
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support and assist Chief Operating Officer in running the department.

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the department under his/her charge.

  • Ensure policies, procedures and processes are functioning, and keep operational issues to the minimum.

  • Lead, motivate, supervise, and coach subordinates for better teamwork and productivity.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks – order processing, goods delivery coordination, reports, filing.

  • Identify root causes of operational issues and provide solutions to overcome them.

  • Lead in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

  • Ensure the company’s values are reflected in day-to-day dealing with customers and suppliers.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

  • Possess at least 5 years of related working experience.

  • Be able to work independently and lead the team.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to work in a team environment.

  • Possess good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to converse in Mandarin language would be advantageous.

  • Systematic in execution. Is computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words.
