Assistant Manager - Marketing​
JOB DESCRIPTION

In line with our expansion, we are inviting up-and-coming, young, and dynamic marketers to build his/her career with us as Assistant Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for building a new brand and developing new businesses in the landscape of the post-pandemic’s new norm.

This position requires a resourceful and independent goal-getter who drives for optimal results.

  • Develop integrated marketing/business plans and execute the plan for the assigned portfolio.

  • Plan & implement online marketing plans in the marketplace and monitors the performance of the support plans.

  • Lead in new product launches which include but are not limited to insights gathering, building launch plans, launch assessment, and deployment in the local market.

  • Lead in analysis and review of market insights/competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.

  • Possess a strong command of marketing modules; ranging from marketing research and planning, advertisement and promotion planning, new product development, e-commerce, marketplaces, online marketing, market insights, and public relations

  • Develop digital and social marketing campaigns & ensure campaigns meet their objective. Must be able to write creative copy.

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals & objectives.

  • Is passionate, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a strong team player

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic Qualification 
    P
    ossess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

     

  • Work Experience 
    Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in consumer marketing/brand or product management/marketing, preferably in the personal and skincare industry. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand/launch plans. Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is preferred

     

  • Communication Skills 
    Must have a good command of the English language. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage. 

     

  • Trustworthiness and Integrity 
    Discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive business information. Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all aspects of conduct.

     

  • Growth 
    Highly proactive, with a strong personal growth mindset.

     

  • Computer Skills 
    Familiarity with office management technologies. Strong proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Good knowledge of cloud systemsÙ« online calendars and other related solutions.
