Graphic Designer​
JOB DESCRIPTION

In line with our expansion, we are seeking suitably qualified and self-driven personalities to join our design team as Junior to Middleweight Graphic Designers.

​

• Create design that demonstrates a strong understanding of our brand identity, for product packaging, marketing & branding materials.

• Conceptualise and develop visuals for print, point of sales materials & online communication.

• Work as close allies with marketing and sales colleagues to achieve the best outcomes in campaigns, events, trade shows, and other initiatives.

• Create design for social media, website, and EDM postings that is attractive and on-brand.

• Work on your own assigned tasks with minimal supervision, but also be a cooperative and considerate team member.

• Good technical knowledge and organisational skills to deliver high-quality work, consistently and promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Qualification
  A diploma or degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia would be advantageous but we are really more interested in your portfolio. So please do include some samples of your work when you apply.
   

• Work Experience
  Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in a design studio, advertising agency, or in-house for the retail or FMCG industry. Understanding and experience of branding, layout, colour theory, and typography in both print and digital media. Again, your portfolio will speak for you.
   

• Communication Skills
  A good command of the English language, in both written and spoken communications.
   

• Trustworthiness and Integrity
  Discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive business information. Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all aspects of conduct.
   

• Growth
  Highly proactive, with a strong personal growth mindset. 
   

• Computer Skills  
  A good, working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a must. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) would be advantageous.
